Gus Rogerson, artistic director, started at the Project as a volunteer in 1991. He has performed in, written and directed numerous shows for the Project. Professionally, Rogerson has appeared on Broadway in SIX DEGREES OF SEPARATION and FACE VALUE; Off-Broadway in HENRY V at the Delacorte, THE GREY ZONE at Manhattan Class Company and SAFE AS HOUSES at the McCarter. He is a member of the Lincoln Center Theater Directors Lab and has directed at Ensemble Studio Theater and the HB Playwrights Foundation. Rogerson served as associate producer for the feature film SUNDAY, which won the Grand Jury Prize at the 1997 Sundance Film Festival, and appeared opposite Matt Dillon in Frank Oz's IN AND OUT. |

Carol Ochs, executive director, came to the Project from Lincoln Center Theater where she worked for five years as assistant general manager. Previously she was director of marketing and development for the Ark Theater Company of Soho. She holds an MFA in Theater Management from the Yale School of Drama. Carol has taught a course on the Project with Willie Reale at the Yale School of Drama. She is a member of the board of directors of The Alliance of Resident Theater/NY, consults for the Human Arts Assoication, and has sat on the Nancy Quinn Fund grants panel. |

John Sheehy, director of development and marketing, joined The 52nd Street Project from Lincoln Center Theater where he was Development Associate and Research Associate for four years. Prior to that he worked at the Long Wharf Theater in New Haven, CT. John is also a lyricist and published playwright with an MFA in Dramatic Writing from Brandeis University. His plays have been seen in Boston, New York, Miami, Los Angeles and Louisville, KY. |

George Babiak, production manager, worked for years as a bicycle mechanic while pursuing a career in the theater. Prior to working at the Project, he helped found Recycle-A-Bicycle. George also traveled the world as a member of TheaterSports New York, an improv comedy troupe. He has a degree in English Literature from Hunter College. |

Reg Flowers, associate artistic director,is a graduate of University of the Arts where he received his BFA and also holds an MFA from Yale School of Drama. He has been a theater professional since 1988 and has performed on and off Broadway and throughout the US. Reg is the founder of FalconWorks Artist Group. |

Liz Bell, director of education, received a BA in English with a minor in Philosophy from Villanova University in 1998. In 2001, aside from joining the Project staff, she completed her MA in American and British Literature from NYU with her thesis on Modern African-American literature, "Richard Wright and James Baldwin: Opposing Native Sons." She is currently working toward her masters in Clinical Social Work at Fordham University. |

Diana Rojas, executive assistant, joined the Project from The New 42nd Street Studios where she was the Administrative Assistant. Prior to that she was an usher at The New Victory Theater. She has a degree in Computerized Business and continues to pursue her education at Hunter College. She is studying Spanish Literature, with a minor in French. She is an alumnus of The 52nd Street Project. |

Megan Cramer, program director, graduated from Wake Forest University in 1999 with a BA degree in Theatre. Since then, she has performed with New York City and regional theaters, including Prospect Theater Company, blessed unrest (where she was an associate artist), The Alliance Theatre Company, and Georgia Shakespeare Festival. Teaching and directing credits include: Program Director for Off the Hook in Brooklyn; Lead Teaching Artist with Opening Act; and Apprentice Program Director at Bristol Valley Theater in Naples, NY. |

Josh Moody, development assistant, graduated from Vassar College in 2006 with a BA in English. Aside from his work at the Project, Josh is also a member of the sketch comedy group "The Zamboni Pirates" which he formed with several other Vassar graduates. |
